Please click  the thumbnail above	Bus and Coach operators, Private Hire and Tours ... AutoPro costs and processes journeys for Bookings and creates Driver Worksheets and Quotations for your customers. AutoPro 'remembers' places you have been, the pickup and drop-off points of Journeys, you can also Save these for later use. Reports can be carried out to show Driver and Vehicle availability to enable you to cost out, fax or send quotes to your prospective customers and to confirm bookings. Job reports can be produced for a Drivers daily work, or detailed Job Sheets can be produced for each Job, showing special needs details, deposit collection information and so on. Invoicing can be automatically posted from Jobs  (no need to re-enter details!) and Flexible Point of Sale and Free Text Invoices can be produced. User defined printouts can use plain paper and can include graphics/logos , drastically reducing your stationery costs!
	Tours... You can quickly and easily setup WayPoints for picking up and dropping up Passengers   and also keep Passenger details, click the image left to view the screen-shot..
	Vehicle and Driver Availability... You can Schedule Vehicle and/or Driver Availability using our custom designed Scheduler. For more details on using the Availability Scheduler click here to go to Scheduler page!
	Vehicle Maintenance... You can keep and report on all work, servicing etc. carried out to all your vehicles, for warranty or job-costing purposes. This module is identical to the Job Detail module on our AM3 package and you can create Job Cards, Estimates, Service and MOT history records for your fleet. 	BookKeeping Bus and Coach includes all the features of our BookKeeper package, Banking, Puchase ledger, VAT, Bills payable etc. See our BookKeeper package for more details.
	Contracts and Schedules... If you carry out work for local authorities or perform other regular bus-stop/contract work, AutoPro will allow you to set up and detail different contracts you are working on. Details include... The ability to separate, shifts, services, drivers and vehicles onto predefined contracts. To calculate Fuel Duty and analyse passengers and revenue taken.
